    They may well be the cheapest you will find, and if you don t mind waiting 19 days for a product that is in stock to arrive, then you won t be disapointed.
    Unfortunatelty, I was disapointed as I didn t have a TV for 19 days and their customer support wouldn t tell me when it might arrive.
    Should of spent a bit more and got it quicker, £70 delivery is a joke! Read Full Review »

    Payed £50 for delivery of LCD TV. DigitalDirect sent it out on time. Amtrak, the couriers, promised it would arrive Friday before 6pm. I rang Amtrak who confirmed and promised it that day. I took the day off. It didn t arrive. Drove 20 miles to collect it on a Saturday, they woudnt deliver that day. Couldn t take another day off waiting for delivery. Wanted my £50 delivery cost back.     I ordered a JVC LT32DX7 (£695) as it was £100 cheaper than anywhere else; great news I thought.
    I received a phone call the following day and was informed that the price I paid was a mistake and I couldn t have it at the original price but could have it at the correct price which was £800, they discounted slightly as an apology but this worked out as free delivery £20. WOW!
