    Went through the ordering process,was subsequently told they had no stock of the item so I telephoned and cancelled.
    It would have saved a lot of my time if they had said up front that the item was out of stock and that they had no idea when the item would be back in stock.For this reason only I couldn t recommend them. Read Full Review »

    Price delivered was best of the bunch, and delivery was on the day given. I recieved email confirmation of purchase, and then a further email two days prior to delivery giving me notice of delivery.     Ordered a samsung 26" tv from digital direct. The next day i rang up to cancel the order due to unforseen circumstances in which the customer service was good on this occassion. Very helpful on the phone but i still noticed the transaction went through the next day.
