    Read the negative feedback on this store and was a bit wary, but positive feedback out done the negative so i gave them a go, phoned up on Monday 4pm got item Tuesday 10am now for me you cant beat that and £150 cheeper then a High Street brand Name, Brilliant will recomend Read Full Review »

    I was rather wary about making an expensive purchase with a company that I had hardly heard of. Surely Curry's or Comet were a safer option ? But I must say that Digital Direct were excellent.     In a word 'wonderful'! The tv I wanted was out of stock, I was offered an alternative at a similar price and was assured it was as good if not better. I received it yesterday and set it up today.     I have bought here for the last 7 years and have had no problems, my most recent purchase was delivered on time and when agreed as usual. I always ring to check availability before I buy anywhere as stock positions on all websites are generally incorrect.
