Digital Direct

I have had no problems with this retailer, I have used them loads of times. It would seem that the two bad reviews prior to this have been unlucky or overly picky, in my opinion. Ordered my new screen and it arrived exactly when they said it would, I guess its only the

It may be worth considering other companies than Digital Direct. They are not the cheapest but I chose them as the reviews were good. All would have been fine if my LG Plasma TV had not gone faulty. They were not interested in doing anything about it and would only refer me to LG who are a dreadful company to deal with. Very rude and unhelpful and poor quality product. PLEASE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR - DO NOT USE DIGITAL DIRECT!!!
Product said it was 'In stock' only for sales team to ring & say they were awaiting delivery. not the sort of store to deal with if you dont like using snail mail......... the only contact via phone or email is for SALES or fault reporting,ordered on the 18 of january 2008, eventually being told the item was out of stock when i phoned them, got a date, which came and went then when i called again got told they would contact sony, and call back, well after 5 days i phoned again to find out ... Really good transaction. Wasn't sure which tv to buy, was advised on the phone, (spoke to the manager Mike) he instilled confidence, he also sold a dvd recorder and all the cables I needed to wire it up.
