Digital Deiect don t answer the phone or answer e-mails very often. They took money out of our account even though the TV was out of stock, and we were told by one salesperson that it was unlikely to arrive in the next few weeks (if ever). Well I was looking to spend around £1800

Well I was looking to spend around £1800 - £2000 with this store. They may be the cheapest on the web but there customer service is terrible. I sent an e mail 6 days ago to them and they have not replied to date ?

After inputting credit card information the connection got cut-off. Had to ring to establish whether order had been received. I was told I had registered but order had to placed again. After 10 days and one email reminder I am still waiting to be contacted regarding delivery. I am not impressed at all with the total lack of information on how the order is progressing. Ordering was good but item was out of stock. We tried to contact by phone but got hung up on 3 times without speaking to anyone. Contacted by E-mail but never had a reply. Prompt despatch of order but didn t have the opportunity to select a delivery day so item was initially delivered when I was out. Some difficulty in getting a response from the Courier to arrange a convenient date but this is not a reflection on Digitaldirect. Would be happy to use DD again. Read Full Review »

The item was apparently in stock when

The item was apparently in stock when ordered on 15th Jan 2007, but was not. The delivery should have taken 7 days, but did not, because the item was not in stock and had to be ordered in. When I chased I was informed that the delivery time had increased from up to 7 days to 7 to 14 days. As at 25th January 2007 I have no idea as to when this will be delivered. Read Full Review »
