    Can t comment about the customer care because I did not need to use any. Found the website slightly annoying in that I have an unusual street address and it did not format correctly when later displayed, but I could not find a link to alter it once entered. Goods ordered on Sunday, email received on Monday advising delivery, delivered on Wednesday as promised in the email. Excellent. Read Full Review »

    Order placed on 14th January and confirmed same day by E-Mail, so good start.

    No further E-Mails or any phone calls from digitaldirect to advise status of order so I presumed from their terms that this item was in stock and awaited delivery.

    Nothing arrived by 9 working days later so I called digitaldirect and was told this item was out of stock.

    Digital Deiect don t answer the phone or answer e-mails very often. They took money out of our account even though the TV was out of stock, and we were told by one salesperson that it was unlikely to arrive in the next few weeks (if ever).     Well I was looking to spend around £1800

    Well I was looking to spend around £1800 - £2000 with this store. They may be the cheapest on the web but there customer service is terrible. I sent an e mail 6 days ago to them and they have not replied to date ?

    After inputting credit card information the connection got cut-off. Had to ring to establish whether order had been received. I was told I had registered but order had to placed again.     Ordering was good but item was out of stock. We tried to contact by phone but got hung up on 3 times without speaking to anyone. Contacted by E-mail but never had a reply.
