My order was placed with this company on 25th January and I have only just received it on 8th February after phoning three times to ask for a delivery date. I was told to expect an e-mail to confirm a delivery date but it did not arrive. I suspect it was out of stock as I had not even received an e-mail to confirm the order.

Called back and cancelled order 31st Jan, 5 days later delivery came, so refused as I had cancelled. Can t comment about the customer care because I did not need to use any. Found the website slightly annoying in that I have an unusual street address and it did not format correctly when later displayed, but I could not find a link to alter it once entered. Goods ordered on Sunday, email received on Monday advising delivery, delivered on Wednesday as promised in the email. Excellent. Read Full Review »

Order placed on 14th January and confirmed same day by E-Mail, so good start.

No further E-Mails or any phone calls from digitaldirect to advise status of order so I presumed from their terms that this item was in stock and awaited delivery.
