    I haven t yet recieved my goods, my initial contact was good, however I had to phone 13 days after ordering to find out what was happening and have been told that they are having difficulty sourcing my goods.

    Placed order on basis of stock available and email was sent to me confirming a delivery date. I took time off work to receive the item, which did not arrive and late PM i called the supplier only to be informed it had not been despatched as they had no stock although their system said otherwise.     This was a very easy and quick service with an excellent saving over high street prices. Appliance arrived on the day promised but the delivery time could be improved by giving an a.m. or p.m. delivery slot. I haven t had any cause to use this company s customer care service although if I have to I suspect it won t be as good as the buying experience. Read Full Review »
