Next day, got an email telling me it was a special order item (plain English: it never was in stock and they advertised falsely) and would take 10 days to order. I ordered a DVD recorder at 7.30 pm on 26 Feb and received a confirmation of order almost immediately. The following day I received another email giving a reference number and a delivery day of Thursday 1 March. The delivery arrived on the given date, before noon, and with no problems whatsoever.
