Ordered a TV exactly a month ago which

Ordered a TV exactly a month ago which showed as in stock. I expected delivery between 5-8 working days but when the set didn't arrive I contacted DD and was told that the goods were with the delivery company. Three days later and still no set, I was told the same story. Five days after this I rang DD and was told that the item is out of stock. Two weeks later I am about to cancel my order as there is still no communication about what is happening,the money has been taken and still no sign of the TV!
