Purchased an item on 26 December 2008.

Purchased an item on 26 December 2008. Waited for delivery and had to ring up on the 5 January 2009, and was told the item was out of stock, so I will have to wait. Waited, and waited while checking the website everyday to see if the DVD player was in stock. On the 27 January 2009, they had the dvd player i wanted in stock, so I emailed to find out when they were going to send my order out. Was told that the price had gone up and I would have to pay the difference from my order price to that of what the website now stated. Totally rediculous! Why accept an order in the first place. I wish I had gone with another retailer in the first place as there were 4 selling the item at the same price as Digital Direct.
