I just don't like companies who feel

I just don't like companies who feel they can ignore emails -sent two to customer services with no response - heard nothing for days so when phoned got answer of could be this week could be next? - they need to give some better customer service and stop chasing awards -

I would not buy from them again and I haven't received my order yet - 7 days - I would seriously be happy to pay more and know what was happening with my order - the information they give out is too limited. Seems you are more in the hands of the couriers than digital direct. I was left with the feeling - they process the order when they get chance - the courier picks up when they want - and the delivery date is whenever they want it to be! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh so frustrating!
