I have had no problems with this

I have had no problems with this retailer, I have used them loads of times. It would seem that the two bad reviews prior to this have been unlucky or overly picky, in my opinion. In over 8 years of dealing with them, I have not had a single problem and always found them helpful. My advise, 'don't spit your dummy out' your not in America !
