I was rather wary about making an

I was rather wary about making an expensive purchase with a company that I had hardly heard of. Surely Curry's or Comet were a safer option ? But I must say that Digital Direct were excellent. As opposed to another 'direct' company they didn't advertise the product as being in stock and then tell me that in fact there was a ten day wait for stock, no Digital Direct told me that they wouldn't have stock until a certain date and they were absolutely correct. When stock arrived I ordered and paid on a Friday and the TV was delivered the following Thursday. Being a total Luddite I had a few problems setting the TV up but a couple of calls to the wonderfully helpful Shaun of D D and all was soon sorted out. Nine star rating but I never give ten out of ten!!
