Although the products ordered were very competitively priced,this is no good at all if they are not available.
Was advised four days after placing order that DVD was now a discontinued item.Company awaiting information on replacement.
Have requested information on two occassions status of this replacement,still awaiting reply.
Television arrived pm today,ten days after placement of order.Very pleased with product.
Recieved the following email am today from Digital Direct.

Communication within the Company is obviously lacking.
