The delivery was on time, the goods were in perfect condition.
The transaction went smoothly.

The only worry was that I heard nothing from them at all after the original (and only email) to say that the order was confirmed. No "your payment was successful", no "your order has been dispatched".

There was no lonnnng queue when I phoned them to check on the progress of the order and they seemed friendly. The order arrived within the range of time mentioned by the guy on the helpdesk.
