Ordering procedure was good, however

Ordering procedure was good, however whilst the website confirmed in stock subsequent to placing the order I was informed that the item was out of stock. I attempted, unsuccessfully to ascertain likeley delivery date and got a standard moronic response suggesting scheduling delivery I questioned what that jargon meant in days/months but got no response Not wanting to go through a cancellation and re-order again I was prepared to wait a reasonable time. 12 days after placing the order, and without prior notice the item arrived. Fortunately I was in; the delivery driver was excellent and the item just as ordered.

Prices are good and if you are prepared to wait 10/14 days and not expect sensible communication in the interim this outfit is OK. That said the uncertainty for an item costing almost £900.00 left me uneasy and I am not sure whether I would place another order with this firm.
