I ordered a TV, Home Cinema kit and TV

I ordered a TV, Home Cinema kit and TV stand. Paid extra for a 2 day delivery.
The stand and the Home cinema kit showed up BUT NO TV.. i had to chase them for the best part of a day (Dont get me started on there awful telephone system where only 1 person must run all the departments!!) they finally chased it down to being lost at the depot and sent another one, this arrived 2 days later and the next day broke!!!!

After speaking to them about this they had ran out of stock of said tv and refused to compensate me due to time and hassle of having to deal with this issue!

I also forgot to mention the stand that was delivered was in an old beaten box and was missing two parts!

I am currently waiting to speak to the manager who by all accounts was the person who decided not to come to an arrangement and refused to speak to me...

So good prices (I am wondering if they deal with seconds!!) but awful service... use at your peril!!!
