I purchased a 40" Sony Brava TV from Digital Direct due to their extremely competitive price. With such a low price I was not expecting miracles in terms of delivery and customer service.

Though it took 8 working days to receive the TV (they had quoted 5-7 working days), the customer service was very good. I got a phone call from them / their courier company telling me 2 days before delivery that they would be delivering it on the friday. They also informed me that the driver would phone on the day 1 hour before he arrived. That Friday, at 8am, I got a call on my mobile and within the hour they had delivered it. They were happy to carry the TV through to the living room, making sure I fully checked the screen and unit for any damages before asking me to sign off the delivery.

If you are looking for an incredible price and are in no rush for the item then I would readily recommend them.
