The website said in stock, but that

The website said in stock, but that evidently wasn t the case. Big black mark for that. On the other hand that status was e-mailed, after 4 days, and after a further 3 days the merchant did call me to warn me there could be a long delay. The subsequent cancellation was handled in a businesslike and cheerful fashion. He even asked where I d successfully ordered on from so that he could tell other customers, and I have no doubt he did. So a mixed experience on this particular occasion.
