A new low in online ordering. I ordered

A new low in online ordering. I ordered the item as it was advertised as being in stock. Next day, got an email telling me it was a special order item (plain English: it never was in stock and they advertised falsely) and would take 10 days to order. I was assured that they needed my "written or verbal consent" to authorize the order. I didn't give my consent because I wasn't prepared to wait and ordered it from a competitor who delivered in 2 days.

On 3rd February they took 880 quid from my card and delivered it anyway. I rang them three times for a refund which was finally given to me on the 14th March (6 weeks later) - but, bogglingly, they didn't refund the £15 delivery.

Customer service is appalling and there appears to be no willingness to admit to mistakes - they just brazen it out in front of the customer. I would beg you not to use these chancers.
