Placed order on basis of stock available

Placed order on basis of stock available and email was sent to me confirming a delivery date. I took time off work to receive the item, which did not arrive and late PM i called the supplier only to be informed it had not been despatched as they had no stock although their system said otherwise. The supplier did not contact me to update, it was all left for me to chase. Th chasing continued as it took almost a further week and several phone calls for them to refund my money.
