I haven t yet recieved my goods, my

I haven t yet recieved my goods, my initial contact was good, however I had to phone 13 days after ordering to find out what was happening and have been told that they are having difficulty sourcing my goods.
I would have at least expected a call to tell me this, on the plus points whenever I have spoken to a member of staff they have been helpful and polite.
