I was impressed by the availability and price of the item I ordered - a large screen lcd. As other websites were out of stock and higher priced.

The only negative I can think of was that, having placed the order I received an automatic confirmation of order notice, but did not then receive any further information - in particular an indication of when the item would be delivered for 7 days (slightly worrying when you re spending a large sum of money) however, I telephoned the sales line who were able to tell me that the item was with the courier company who would contact me in due course with the delivery date. They called a day later to say they would be out am two days after that - they then phoned 30 mins before arrival.

So overall the service from ordering to delivery took a little over a week and was on the whole excellent, but perhaps an email to say that your item has been despatched to the courier would alleviate any niggling worrys about why they haven t contacted you!

I would definately recommend this company and would use them again! I am extremely happy with my new telly which was half the price of the High Street!!
