My order was placed with this company on 25th January and I have only just received it on 8th February after phoning three times to ask for a delivery date. I was told to expect an e-mail to confirm a delivery date but it did not arrive. I suspect it was out of stock as I had not even received an e-mail to confirm the order.

Digitaldirect need to be more efficient in dealing with orders and not tell people over the phone that the order is to be delivered until they know for sure that it can be delivered and not have people waiting at home unneccessarily.

I also took advantage of the 9 months interest free credit and was impressed with the credit company who were very quick in dealing with the required paperwork. However be aware there is a charge of £25 for this.

I dont think I would use Digitaldirect again even though the prices are cheaper as they bump up the price with delivery charges.
