After considerable research decided to buy a Toshiba 37WLT66 LCD TV in December 2006. Searched through local electrical retailers (Currys etc) but didn't find anywhere that came close to the prices offered by internet suppliers. Chose Digital Direct on the basis of both price and customer feedback, but decided to order by phone in order to ensure they had this in stock and establish a delivery date.
Everything went well - courteous response from salesman, TV in stock and delivered, as agreed, 5 days later. Can't comment on after-sales service as TV [thoroughly recommended] has worked well so far. Would, on present experience, use this company again.
