VG service overall. Only complaint was

VG service overall. Only complaint was that I was persuaded to buy a bracket (those rediculously expensive bits of angle iron worth about two quid that the telly pepole try to flog us for ++illions) for about 70 quid. When I opened box containing telly (Hitachi 32inch), a bracket was included (as it should be). I spoke to man at Bolton and he was as good as gold - offered immediate refund and to despatch white van man with vigour.
