Digital Direct

Well I was looking to spend around £1800

Well I was looking to spend around £1800 - £2000 with this store. They may be the cheapest on the web but there customer service is terrible. I sent an e mail 6 days ago to them and they have not replied to date ?
It seems reading through other reviews that this seems the norm hence I will be looking to spend my money elsewhere.
