After inputting credit card information

After inputting credit card information the connection got cut-off. Had to ring to establish whether order had been received. I was told I had registered but order had to placed again. After 10 days and one email reminder I am still waiting to be contacted regarding delivery. I am not impressed at all with the total lack of information on how the order is progressing. If I do not hear soon, I will consider cancelling the order and going somewhere else.
