Prompt despatch of order but didn t have

Prompt despatch of order but didn t have the opportunity to select a delivery day so item was initially delivered when I was out. Some difficulty in getting a response from the Courier to arrange a convenient date but this is not a reflection on Digitaldirect. Would be happy to use DD again.
