The item was apparently in stock when

The item was apparently in stock when ordered on 15th Jan 2007, but was not. The delivery should have taken 7 days, but did not, because the item was not in stock and had to be ordered in. When I chased I was informed that the delivery time had increased from up to 7 days to 7 to 14 days. As at 25th January 2007 I have no idea as to when this will be delivered.
