Ordered Hitachi 42DP8700 plasma TV on Tuesday, quoted 5-7 working days delivery. Delivered Saturday morning after courtesy call, so well pleased. Problems pertaining to delivery of free extended warranty paperwork were eventually resolved. All my e-mails were answered promptly.
