Digital Direct

Worst retailer I have ever come across. Ordered a TV because it was cheaper than anywhere else. BIG MISTAKE. Has been 6 weeks and it still hasn't arrived. I have called every week and got the same response "We will send you an email in the next few days confirming your delivery date". Ordered a TV exactly a month ago which showed as in stock. I expected delivery between 5-8 working days but when the set didn't arrive I contacted DD and was told that the goods were with the delivery company. Purchased an item on 26 December 2008. Waited for delivery and had to ring up on the 5 January 2009, and was told the item was out of stock, so I will have to wait. Waited, and waited while checking the website everyday to see if the DVD player was in stock. I wasn't very happy with the whole process of dealing with Digital Direct.

Ordered a new TV for Christmas and they promised Christmas delivery (which they confirmed on the phone 5 days before) never happened I cancelled my order in the hope of getting it somewhere else in time.

Awful awful awful service. bunch of cowboys who simply don't care once they've got your cash - I was sold a LCD TV and surround sound system they didn't have in stock, was then promised saturday delivery twice, waited in on my precious Saturday twice and nothing turned up twice - rubbish. I just don't like companies who feel they can ignore emails -sent two to customer services with no response - heard nothing for days so when phoned got answer of could be this week could be next? - they need to give some better customer service and stop chasing awards -

I have had no problems with this retailer, I have used them loads of times. It would seem that the two bad reviews prior to this have been unlucky or overly picky, in my opinion. In over 8 years of dealing with them, I have not had a single problem and always found them helpful. My advise, 'don't spit your dummy out' your not in America ! Read Full Review »

Ordered my new screen and it arrived exactly when they said it would, I guess its only the

It may be worth considering other companies than Digital Direct. They are not the cheapest but I chose them as the reviews were good. All would have been fine if my LG Plasma TV had not gone faulty. They were not interested in doing anything about it and would only refer me to LG who are a dreadful company to deal with. Very rude and unhelpful and poor quality product.
