    if your item develops a fault (a TV in my case) you will do well to get a response. In my case they tried to palm me off to the manufacturer- they wouldnt take calls or respond to emails.     I ordered a washing machine and confirmed the colour via email with them as no one was answering the phone. I received my machine within a week, but it was the wrong one. I have tried to call them repeatedly, but no one ever answers the phone nor have they replied to my emails about returning ir exchanging it, so I am having to take this further.
