Hughes Direct was the cheapest reputable company with the product I required. Overall service was very good.

A constructive comment to improve the service even more would be to provide the customer with a more accurate delivery timing rather than just stating a delivery day as the delivery target. My only real complaint was that I paid

My only real complaint was that I paid an extra £35 for them to leave it in the middle of the kitchen. Whem I enquired I was told we dont install, it was not clear when buying the machine that this was the case.

I am therefore very angry and will not use this method of purchase for anything else in the future. Read Full Review »
