Fantastic service from start to finish. Very easy to place the order and received confirmation via email immediately. The next day I called the customer service to obtain info about removal of my existing washer. The CSA s were very helpful. I would not recommend this retailer because of the delivery policy. If you are out when they deliver, then they charge a re-delivery fee. To add insult to injury, I asked for Thursday morning, which they accepted - and then delivered Thursday afternoon! Read Full Review »
