    The order process was simple and I was able to select a delivery date. A phone call from customer services 48 hrs before delivery confirmed all was fine and the product was delivered on time.     Difficult at this time to comment on overall performance as item was out of stock despite this not appearing to be the case in the advert.
    I am still awaiting contact from Hotpoint re: delivery date.
