    Washing machine arrived on time but we

    Washing machine arrived on time but we had not disconnected the old one so they would not take it away. Apparently that was our responsibility though I remember Comet doing it for us last time we had a new one. Anyway the £10 extra I paid for removal of the old machine was refunded immediately when I asked for it so that is very good. And the machine is working fine. Read Full Review »

    I can not comment on the item as I have not recieved it as yet. On the product review shown with your e-mail it shows delivery at 18.95 but it was in fact charged at 25.00. I found it difficult to contact your customer service centre number as it always went to answer phone and messages left no-one contacted me back until I spoke to one of your store managers and he contacted yourselves before you...
