    Delivery was direct from manufacturer, but Hughes Direct were able to advise on manufacturers stock, availablity and approx delivery time (confirmed at purchase, and subsequently by phonecall to confirm and also by courier day before delivery).     Washer/dryer was delivered on the promised day although it would be better if an indicative time of delivery could have been given.     One year later still not received my order! They have my money and I have nothing! Customer service is zero, you are just a number, if your order does not turn up, according to their customer service, tough luck! Apparently it's your problem not theirs.

Hughes rang next day saying that the only day they deliver in my area is Monday; having little choice, I agreed. Took 1/2 day off work specially & stayed home until 7pm Monday, but no-one showed up or contacted me. Website said it had been collected from store by delivery agent on Friday.
