    The Miele that i ordered was not in

    The Miele that i ordered was not in stock. Delivery date was put back by two days as the item came from the main Miele distribution centre. Hughes kept in touch via phone and all went well. Will have no problem using Hughes in the future. Read Full Review »

    Excellent service from Hughes Direct as well as the best price available anywhere! Hughes Direct called within an hour of the order being placed online to confirm that our chosen delivery date was confirmed. They then called the day before delivery to confirm the time slot for our delivery - between 8am and 12pm.

    I purchased a new washer/dryer online from Hughes at a fantastic price and was given a very reasonable delivery date. Come that day, everything seemed to be going really well until the delivery men refused to take away my old machine (I had paid extra for this service).
