    The item was ordered on 19 January. On arrival on 22 Jan it proved to be faulty. When I rang Hughes I was told the faulty item would be collected on 27 Jan and a replacement provided. After waiting in all day on 27 Jan I received nothing. On ringing Hughes on 28 Jan I was told stock had run out .
