Product best price I could find. Ordering siple. Staff helpful. Delivered exactly when they said. Texted me in advance with delivery time as promised. Product in excellent condition. Purchased a Bosch vacuum cleaner from

Purchased a Bosch vacuum cleaner from Hughes DIrect on their website, which was an easy process. The product arrived at 7:20am this morning taking only 60 hours from ordering to delivery ( and that included a Sunday)

Ordering process and email confirmation good as it should be, however no further communication about when the dishwasher would be delivered (I gave two possible dates on the table online) and no tracking possibility. I had to ring three times to solicit this information. Not good enough in terms of customer service for such an expensive purchase. Read Full Review »

Did deliver in the time frame stated but at the very end. Need not have made special arrangements to cover as I was home from work when it arrived. The other deliveries on the van were all local so could easily have provided a shorter time slot. Otherwise very good. Read Full Review »
