Hughes Direct performance was completely different on the two items I ordered. A Bosch washing machine was delivered on time and completely satisfactorily, but there was a Miele freezer on the same order and I expected it to be delivered at the same time. I would recommend Hughes Electrical but the delivery service was poor. Don t opt for instal and unpack as we paid extra £40 for the unpack and instal but team arrived with adjustable spanners when they should have been provided with socket spanners. The washing machine I have just bought arrived with a dent on the front so I told the driver I didn t want it.
