Good although would not advise time of

Good although would not advise time of delivery until after 5.00pm the night before.
As I have a full time job it was hard to plan the work day without knowing the night before what time the delivery was for.

This was a very easy transaction and I was informed all the way through where the item I bought was on the delivery list and I did not have to wait long at all for the item to be delivered. While ordering was good there were

While ordering was good there were problems with delivery between Hotpoint and their carriers. My paperwork was lost and they were unable to deliver until the paperwork was found even though Hotpoint knew that I had not received my order.
