Hughes were offering my Bosch Dishwasher at a price below all the competition, ordering was straightforward. Received an SMS the day before delivery was due indicating a 07:00 till 13:00 window, then received a call from the driver on the day when he was 25 minutes away. I could have purchased the fridge freezer slightly cheaper elsewhere, however I ve used Hughes direct before and found them very reliable.
After placing my order I telephoned the call centre and was answered straight away by a person without having to dial several options first.
They gave me a call on the morning of delivery to provide me with an estimated time for arrival, and they arrived ahead ... Read Full Review »
