Ordering process and email confirmation

Ordering process and email confirmation good as it should be, however no further communication about when the dishwasher would be delivered (I gave two possible dates on the table online) and no tracking possibility. I had to ring three times to solicit this information. Not good enough in terms of customer service for such an expensive purchase.
