Arranged delivery for between 0700 and

Arranged delivery for between 0700 and 1300. Received call at 0730 to say that Company were collecting old machine but they didn t have new one. Received phone call from Hughes at 1200 to say that machine was "lost". No others in stock. Look for a new one or a refund (in 3 days).

No apology, I had to phone them for confirmation.

General impression was that my business did not matter.
