Fantastic service from start to finish.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very easy to place the order and received confirmation via email immediately. The next day I called the customer service to obtain info about removal of my existing washer. The CSA s were very helpful. They called me back within minutes and to confirm that the removers will be taking the old washer away. On the day of delivery I was called by the delivery men 15 mins before they arrived. They were very polight and helpful. Unpacked the new machine outside and brought it up the stairs to my flat and took the old washer away. Also gave me some hints with regards to installation which I wouldn t have known otherwise. The machine itself is fantastic. It is very quite (compared to my old washer). The programs I have used so far have returned the clothes very clean and I am very pleased with it. Overall an excellent service and an excellent product.
