Hughes Direct

I could have purchased the fridge

I could have purchased the fridge freezer slightly cheaper elsewhere, however I ve used Hughes direct before and found them very reliable.
After placing my order I telephoned the call centre and was answered straight away by a person without having to dial several options first.
They gave me a call on the morning of delivery to provide me with an estimated time for arrival, and they arrived ahead of schedule.

The delivery guys were friendly and courteous.

I will try and use Huges whenever possible.
