unfortunately i m not in the position to comment. I missed a call from Hotpoint regarding delivery on 09/07/09. I rang them straight back and was told my fridge freezer had been allocated to someone else because they couldn t contact me. So why leave a message to say ring them back regarding delivery? They said they were expecting more stock on 13/07/09. I still hadn t heard anything from them by 16/07/09 so decided to ring them again and was told they were still waiting for stock. So as you can imagine i am not very happy at the moment!
