While ordering was good there were

While ordering was good there were problems with delivery between Hotpoint and their carriers. My paperwork was lost and they were unable to deliver until the paperwork was found even though Hotpoint knew that I had not received my order. Although this is not directly related to Hughes Direct they were aware of the problem but did nothing to rectify the situation. That being said I have now received the goods 22 days after payment was made and after a lot of phone calls to Hotpoint.
